BACKGROUND
Meet Bazzica Group
Bazzica Group specialises in expanded polystyrene (EPS) and polypropylene (EPP) manufactures production and operates in Europe and America with the brands: Bazzica, Bazzica Engineering and Promass.
More than 40 years working in the processing of polystyrene and expanded polypropylene, 180 employees, products sold in 45 Countries worldwide, from Alaska to Tierra Del Fuego: this is Bazzica Group, the Trevi-based group operating through – Bazzica S.r.l., Bazzica Engineering, Promass, ICF Italia e BB Service & Logistica – which made of sustainability, technology and innovation its own keywords.
THE CHALLENGE
Requirements & Goals
Bazzica Group faced a technological gap to fill: the need to have more control over performance audits. From simplifying the MES integration to process automation (DDT and automated invoices), the business requirements met the expertise of Adamantia Group to design an ambitious and fully customised project.
