Personal data collected through this website may also be processed, for the same purposes specified herein, by the group companies: Cs Parsec Srl and EDP Florence Srl.

5. Data Transfer Abroad (Outside the EU)
For statistical analysis and optimization of advertising campaigns, this website uses services provided by third parties located in the United States (specifically, Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads).
The transfer of data to the USA takes place in full compliance with Art. 45 of the GDPR, as Google adheres to the EU-USA Data Privacy Framework (DPF), a transatlantic agreement that guarantees a level of personal data protection equivalent to that of the European Union.
6. Data Retention Period
In compliance with the principles of proportionality and storage limitation, data will be kept only for the time strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected:
- Contact Form Data: Retained for the time necessary to process the request and for a maximum period of 12 months from its closure, unless a contractual relationship is subsequently established.
- Newsletter / Email Marketing Data: Retained until the user revokes their consent (unsubscribes), which can be done at any time via the link at the bottom of each email.
7. User Rights
At any time, users may exercise the rights provided under Articles 15-22 of the GDPR:
- Access to their data and request for a copy.
- Rectification, updating, or integration of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure of data (right to be forgotten) if no longer necessary or if processed unlawfully.

8. Protection of Minors
